HR Service Delivery Configuration

To configure these items, the expertise of HRSD Development is required.

• Infor OS Portal or Infor LTR SSO setup for production
  • Obtain certificate for Infor Local Technology Runtime (LTR) HRSD setup for production
  • Load sp.properties file with Infor Local Technology Runtime (LTR) team
  • Update mapping.config to point to production HRSD
• Set up HRSD application inside Infor Local Technology Runtime (LTR) to point to customer
  • Include tenant ID setup on Org table
  • Set up CSP parameter for Infor Local Technology Runtime (LTR) URLs
• Set up HRSD application for third-party access
  • Set up hashing methodology for customer, including values for Secret Key, TPUserid, and TPPassword
  • Set up CSP parameter for URL when posting to third party log-on to view content in-frame
• Set up OAuth credentials for WS content
  • Credentials are specific to each tenant/organization
  • Must be set in ASIMaster
  • Requires running a SQL script against appropriate organization for customer
• Code deployment dependency for HRSD
  • Deployment of content web service to NCR-Production
