Adding candidate direct deposit to a transition program

Before you add the candidate direct deposit task to a candidate's pre-boarding transition program, you must complete these tasks:
  1. Enable resource bank payment to an organization.

    See Infor HR Talent Setup and Administration Guide.

  2. Enable responsive controls for candidate and employee.

    See Enabling responsive controls.

To collect the bank account information of a candidate, you must add the direct deposit task to a pre-boarding transition program for candidates.

When a candidate adds a bank account through the direct deposit task and is hired in Talent Acquisition, the bank account is displayed on the employee record. The bank accounts of internal candidates are synced to their employee profile. External candidates can add a single bank account.

After you enable the resource bank payment to an organization, you can add the candidate direct deposit task to the pre-boarding transition program.

  1. Select Administrator > Transition Management > Setup > Transition Programs.
  2. Open the transition program for pre-boarding a candidate.
  3. Click Tasks.
  4. Specify this information:
    Task
    Select the CAND DIRECT DEPOSIT task.
    Audience
    Select Candidate.
    Task Type
    Select Form.
    Prerequisite ID
    Optionally, select the prerequisite task for the candidate direct deposit task.
  5. Click Save.
