Using transition tasks to collect attachments

This feature is available for implementations that enable the responsive experience. SeeMobile and responsive experience.

Customers can enable attachment collection at the task level for Resource, Candidate, and Administrative audiences for these task types:
  • Content
  • Instruction
  • Form, excluding Direct Deposit

If you enable this feature, you can configure tasks to instruct candidates and resources to submit attachments to tasks.

Customers must specify these elements:
  • Instructional text for the user who is responsible for uploading attachments
  • The number of attachments that is displayed
  • The number of attachments that is required
  • The ability to specify file type when adding attachments
