Creating offer letters with a recruiter's signature

You can create an offer letter with a recruiter's signature for job applications that are in a workflow step, which the Create Offer Letter action is allowed.

The recruiter that is assigned for the job application must add a signature in the employee profile.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select User > Employee.

After you create the offer letter for the job application, the offer letter in .pdf format is generated and displayed.

If you select an offer template with a signature paragraph, the recruiter's signature and the text of the signature paragraph are displayed.

  1. Click Requisitions.
  2. In the job list, select a job requisition.
  3. Click All.
  4. Double-click a job application that is in a workflow step, which the Create Offer Letter action is allowed.
  5. Click Hiring Process.
  6. In the Offer pane, click the right arrow button.
  7. Select the offer letter template to use.
    To add a recruiter's signature in the offer letter, select the offer letter template with a signature paragraph.

  8. Click Save.
  9. Click the ellipsis icon and select Create Offer Letter.
  10. Click Submit.
