Sending candidate reminders

You can send interview reminders to candidates automatically.

Before you send candidate reminders for the organization, you must specify the default candidate reminders.

See Setting up default interview reminders.

  1. Select Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Scheduled Jobs > Candidate Reminder Emails..
  2. Select the organization to run candidate reminders.
  3. To run candidate reminders for all organizations, select the Run For All Organizations check box.
  4. Click Submit .
    The candidate reminders are run once and immediately.
