Viewing related document attachments for job posting description

Recruiters can view and manage the document attachment that is related to a job posting. The documents are stored in IDM.

Recruiters can use these job posting filter to search the document attachment that is related to a job posting:
  • Category
  • Source
  • File Name
  • Candidate ID
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Employment ID
  • Attachment Type
  1. Select Talent Acquisitions > Candidates > Documents.
  2. In Source, select Job Posting.
  3. Click Ok.
  4. Specify one or more job posting information.
  5. Click Search.
  6. To open the job posting, click Job Posting.
  7. To view the document attachment and its details, double-click the job posting.
  8. To download the document attachment, click the document attachment's hyperlink.
    The document attachment's title is its hyperlink. For example, Company Policies.png.
