Quick move actions
Quick move actions are an alternative to Move to Step action. By using quick move actions, recruiters and hiring managers can move candidates efficiently from a workflow step to another.
These are the workflow actions that are available for quick move:
- Advance Candidate: moves the candidate to a Hiring Manager Review step
- Advance Candidate To Recruiter Review: moves the candidate for recruiter's review
- Advance Candidate To Hiring Manager Review: moves the candidate for hiring manager's review
- Advance Candidate To Interview: moves the candidate to the interview step
- Advance Candidate To Offer: moves the candidate to job offer step
- Advance Candidate To Background Check: moves the candidate to background check step
- Advance Candidate To Preboarding: moves the candidate to the preboarding step
- Advance Candidate To Hire: moves the candidate to the hiring step
- Discontinue Candidate: moves the candidate to a Disposition type step
- Hold Candidate: moves the candidate to a Further Review step
