Adding actions to workflow steps

You can specify the hiring actions that are available to recruiters and workflow actions that are available to candidates in each workflow step. You can specify all available actions from the workflow actions library to a workflow step.

In addition to these actions, you can set up quick move actions that are available in specific workflow steps.

During the workflow step, the recruiter can perform any recruiter actions that are associated with the step. The candidate can perform any candidate actions that are associated with the step.

Workflow actions that are delivered with the program and created for an organization are referenced in the workflow actions library.

  1. Sign in as an administrator.
  2. Select Talent Acquisition > Workflow Setup > Hiring Workflows or Talent Acquisition > Administration > Recruiting Setup > Workflow > Hiring.
  3. Double-click a hiring workflow.
    To set up quick move actions in hiring workflow steps, double-click a recruiting workflow.
  4. Click Workflow Steps.
  5. Select a workflow step and click Open.
  6. Click Actions.
  7. Click Create.
  8. Specify this information:
    Workflow Action
    Select a workflow action or hiring action to add in the specific workflow step.
    Description
    Specify a description of the workflow action.
  9. Click Save.
