Job postings
Job postings are created with a status of Non Posted. When the requisition is fully approved and given a status of Open, the recruiter can post the job posting. This changes the status to Posting Live and candidates can apply to that posting.
To delete a Non Posted job posting, select it and click . You cannot delete a job posting after it has been posted to the job board. You can only remove it from the live job board.

The URL is stored on the posting in the Job Posting URL field. Recruiters can email the short URL to the posting to a prospective candidate without creating a candidate. After clicking the link, the candidate must register and sign in to Career Space to apply.
