The candidate pool

These are the tabs that are available in the Candidate Pool:

  • Candidate or All: The candidates who register or guest candidates who are unregistered on the Jobs web application and apply or do not apply for a job posting.
  • Pending: All internal candidates, also known as employees, who apply or do not apply for a job posting.
  • Credential Search or By Credential: All candidate who submits any credentials during the job application.
  • By Requisition: All candidates who are related to a job requisition and apply for a job posting.
  • Resources: Any candidates that are entered directly into Talent Acquisition by a recruiter.
  • Documents: The list of resumes that are returned by Talemetry. This tab is available for Talemetry Add-in users only.

    Support for Talemetry add-in users is deprecated by Talemetry. However, those candidates are still displayed on this tab.

You can access the candidate's record by clicking a candidate. If there is an existing number of applications for a candidate, you can click the number of applications to access to the job applications that are submitted or in process for the candidate.

Users can view notes regarding candidates across all requisitions for which they apply.

Users can view candidates' resumes.

Note:  If a resume is added to a candidate's job application or if that candidate's employment history or education history changes, the resume is not automatically updated in the candidate pool unless Profile Synchronization is enabled at the organization level.
