Sending an email to the candidate and emergency contacts from the candidate profile

Using the default email application on their desktop, recruiters can send email to the candidates and their emergency contacts. They can send emails from the candidate profile and requisition level.

Recruiters can send emails to the candidate's primary or secondary email addresses.

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Candidates.
  2. Search the candidate in the candidate pool.
  3. On Core Profile, in the Contact Information section, click a candidate's email.
    The candidate's email address is specified automatically in the To field.
  4. On Core Profile, in the Emergency Contacts section, click an emergency contact's email.
    The emergency contact's email address is specified automatically in the To field.
  5. Specify the email's content to send to the candidate or emergency contact.
  6. Click Send.
