Viewing the approval tracking details of candidate's job application

Before recruiters and recruiter administrators can view the approval tracking details and history, you must complete one of these actions to a candidate's job application:
  • Define Offers
  • Hire
  • Rehire
  • Transfer
  • Promote
  • Add Assignment

Recruiters and recruiter administrators can view these approval tracking details:
  • All define offer and hire type actions for each job applications
  • Statuses and approvers for each job applications that are selected
  • Approval tracking history of define offer and hire type actions for each job application
  1. Click Requisitions or select Talent Acquisition > Requisitions.
  2. From the job list, select a requisition.
  3. Click Workflow.
  4. Click a workflow step.
  5. Select a candidate and click Open Detail.
  6. Click Approvals.
    If you completed a define offer request, the history of define offer requests for a job application is displayed in the Offer Approval Progress pane. If you completed a hire-type action request, the history for Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promote, or Add Assignment action is displayed in the <Hire-type actions> Approval Progress pane. For example, Hire Approval Progress.
  7. To view the approval tracking history for each job application, click the right arrow icon.
  8. To view the approvers and approval status for a job application, click Approval Tracking.
  9. To view the action history for a job application, select click Actions.
  10. To view if there are errors that are encountered in completing the action for a job application, click Errors.
