Adding offer letter paragraphs and signature paragraphs to offer letter templates

You can add offer letter paragraphs and a signature paragraph to the new offer letter template that you create. You can specify one signature paragraph for each offer letter template.

You can also do these tasks in the Offer Letter Template page.
  • Update the offer letter template's description, category, display logo, signature paragraph, and status
  • Update the names of any paragraphs that are added to the offer letter template
  • Update the content of each of these paragraphs

You can update all the fields except the offer letter template name.

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Template Setup > Offer Letters With Paragraphs > Offer Letter Templates or Talent Acquisition > Administration > Recruiting Setup > Offer Letter > Offer Letter Templates.
  2. Double-click an offer letter template.
  3. Optionally, update the description, category, display logo, signature paragraph, and status.
    The signature paragraph is a paragraph of text that is displayed after the recruiter's signature for each offer letter template. If you leave the signature paragraph blank, an offer letter without a recruiter's signature is created. The signature that the recruiters upload on their profile is not used.
  4. To add paragraphs to the offer letter template, click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Display Order
    Specify the order of the paragraph in relation to other paragraphs. The best practice is to number by 10 so that there is space between paragraphs in case other paragraphs must be added later.
    Offer Paragraph
    Click the field and specify a paragraph.
  6. To save and add another paragraph, click Save And New.
  7. To save without reloading the new paragraph fields, click Save.
  8. To view the offer letter template with the changes, click the Back button on your browser.
