Sending an email to the candidate's references from the hiring process

Using the default email application on their desktop, recruiters can send email to the candidate's references. They can also send emails to the candidate and emergency contacts from the candidate profile.

Recruiters can send emails to the candidate's primary or secondary email addresses.

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Candidates.
  2. Search the candidate in the candidate pool.
  3. Click Hiring Process.
  4. In the References section, click a reference's email.
    The reference's email address is specified automatically in the To field.
  5. Specify the email's content to send to the candidate's reference.
  6. Click Send.
