Adding notes to requisitions as a recruiter

Notes are free-form comments that is added in a requisition. Recruiters can add notes to requisitions that they created. They can add notes from a template or customize notes using the enhanced formatting options for the requisitions.

  1. Sign in as a recruiter.
  2. Click Requisitions or select Talent Acquisitions > Requisitions.
  3. From the job list, select the requisition.
  4. In the Requisition Notes section, click Create Notes or Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Note Template
    Select a note template to use.
    You can use note templates that are defined by recruiter administrators.

    Description
    Specify a description of the note.
    For notes that are customized to a requisition, this field is required.
    Note Text
    Specify the contents of the note.
    For notes that are customized to a requisition, this field is required.
  6. Click Submit.
