Security entity for Talent Acquisition
The Security Entity feature has been added to setup codes in Talent Acquisition.
For more information, see Security entity in the Infor HR Talent Setup and Administration Guide.
- Setup codes with security entity functionality contain the Security Entity and Security Entity Description columns in lists and forms. Lists only show records that are available for use. These records match the security entity of the user.
- A record with a blank security entity is considered as a match with any security entity value.
Rules
- Only an Administrator role can create and change records with a blank security entity.
- For the Recruiter Administrator role, security entity is required when creating a code.
- The Recruiter Administrator role can add and change codes where their security entity matches the security entity of the code.
- If the security entity is blank or does not match the security entity assigned to the user, an error message is displayed.
