Configuring default resume parsing

Before the default resume parsing is configured, administrators must enable the Default Resume Parsing feature toggle.

Administrators can configure default resume parsing for their organization.

After you enable and configure default resume parsing, other resume parsing features are still available:
  • Extract other competency and skill values
  • Send resumes via email
  • Generate resume from profile
  • Show incomplete candidate profiles

Candidates can still upload a resume to create and update their candidate profile. Support of resume parsing for Candidate Space are not available in default resume parsing.

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Administration.
  2. On Primary, select an organization.
  3. Click Open.
  4. Click Profile Parsing.
  5. In Resume Parsing, select Default.
  6. Click Save.
