Viewing and verifying verifiable credentials in the candidate pool

Before recruiters can view verifiable credentials on the Candidates page by searching in the candidate pool, recruiter administrators must enable the candidate profile dashboard panels for the organization.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration.

Each candidate's verifiable credentials is displayed from the Education, Certification and License, Drivers License, and Employment History lists.

  1. Search the candidate in the candidate pool.
    See Searching candidates in the candidate pool.
  2. View the candidate's information.
    See Viewing and updating candidate information.
  3. Click Verifiable Credentials.
  4. To view the full details of the candidate's verifiable credentials, select a verifiable credential and click Open.
  5. To verify the candidate's verifiable credentials, click Verify from the Education, Certification and License, Drivers License, or Employment History lists.
  6. To reverify the candidate's verifiable credentials, click Reverify from the Education, Certification and License, Drivers License, or Employment History lists.
