Creating offer letter templates
After you create an offer letter template, you can add offer letter paragraphs and signature paragraphs.

- Select Talent Acquisition > Template Setup > Offer Letters With Paragraphs > Offer Letter Templates or Talent Acquisition > Administration > Recruiting Setup > Offer Letter > Offer Letter Templates.
- Click Create.

Specify this information:
- Offer Letter Template
- Specify the name of the offer letter template.
- Description
- Specify the offer letter template's description to identify its purpose or audience.
- Category
- If the organization uses categories, then specify a category that is used to organize offer letter templates.

- Display Logo
- Select a logo to add a company logo to the offer letter template.
- See Document logos in offer letter templates.
- Signature Paragraph
- Optionally, specify a paragraph of text that is displayed after the recruiter's signature in the offer letter template.
- You can specify one signature paragraph for each offer letter template. Signature image and signature paragraph are displayed after the last paragraph of an offer letter. If you leave Signature Paragraph field blank, no signature image and signature paragraph is displayed in the offer letter template.
- Active
- Select the check box to make the template available in the system. Clear the check box to make the template unavailable.
- To create the offer letter template, click Save.
- To save and create another offer letter template, click Save And New.
