Activating or inactivating recruiters

You can update the recruiter's status in the system. You must update changes to resource information such as addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses in the resource record.

When a recruiter is inactive, you cannot associate the recruiter with a new requisition, but existing associations with requisitions remain valid until you change them.

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Administration > Primary.
  2. In the Recruiters list, double-click the candidate.
  3. Specify the effective date of the recruiter's status.
  4. To make the recruiter's status inactive, clear the Active check box.
  5. To make the recruiter's status active, select the Active check box.
  6. Click Save.
