Creating a single job posting for a requisition

Requisitions must be complete and ready to post before job postings are added. A requisition can be posted to multiple job boards.

To upload documents that are related to a job posting, recruiters can create or update a job posting and add an attachment simultaneously. They can upload documents with file sizes and types that are supported in Infor Document Management (IDM). The documents that are attached to a job posting are viewed, stored, and managed through IDM.

See Viewing related document attachments for job posting description.

To utilize UI improvements in job postings, administrators must enable improvements in Candidate Experience for an organization.

See Configuring Talent Acquisition organization parameters.

Internal and external candidates can download or print the job posting and download the document attachment for a job posting description.

See Downloading the related document attachment for a job posting description as external candidates and Downloading the related document attachment for a job posting description as internal candidates.
