Adding notes to candidate's job application in the workflow

You can add notes to a candidate's job application in the worklow, job application, or in the candidate's profile.

To add notes to a candidate's job application, you can use a note template or customize the note using the formatting options.

  1. Sign in as a recruiter or hiring manager.
  2. For recruiters, click Requisitions or select Talent Acquisition > Requisitions.
    For hiring managers, select Manager > Acquire Talent > Requisitions or Manager > Hiring > Requisitions.
  3. From the job list, select a requisition.
  4. Click the Workflow or All tabs.
  5. On Workflow, click the workflow step and right-click the candidate.
    On All, right-click the candidate profile.
  6. Click Create Note.
  7. Select the note template.
  8. Specify a description and the text of the note.
  9. Click Submit.
