Viewing the error logs

Administrators can view the error logs that are generated for the resume parsing.

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Maintenance.
  2. Click Scheduled Jobs.
  3. In the Exceptions pane, click Parsing Messages.
  4. To view the full details of an error log, select an error log of a candidate's resume parsing and click Open.
  5. To delete an error log, select an error log of a candidate's resume parsing and click Delete.
