Loading delivered content for succession email template content

Administrators must enable the HR Administration Consolidated Webapp feature toggle.

Administrators check the system for new delivered content for succession email template content.

The email templates list is populated and available once delivered content is loaded.

  1. Select HR Administration > Administration.
  2. Click the Utilities tab.
  3. In the Other pane, click Feature Toggles And System Utilities.
  4. In the Primary pane, click Delivered Content.
  5. Click on the Succession tab.
  6. Click Check For Succession Content and specify an HR Organization.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. After clicking check for succession content, new rows that includes a description of the learning notification are displayed. Click Refresh if the rows are not visible.
  9. Select the row that has available for update and click Load.
