Adding experience

  1. Select Administrator > Resources > Resources.
  2. Open the resource to update.
  3. Click the Talent Profile tab.
  4. In the Experience section, click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Effective Date
    Specify the effective date.
    Experience
    Select the code of the employee's experience.
    To prevent a duplicate or concurrent experience record in the employee's talent profile, you must update the qualification configuration.

    See the Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration.

    Specialization
    Select the specialization of the employee's experience.
  6. In the Years of Experience section, specify the beginning and ending date of the employee's experience.
  7. Optionally, select the Validate check box to validate the employee's experience and specify the validation date.
  8. Optionally, click the folder icon in File Name to add a document that is relevant to the experience and specify the file description.
  9. Optionally, click Historical Documents to view a list of all documents that are associated with the employee's experience.
  10. Optionally, provide comments that are relevant to the employee's experience .
  11. Click Save.
