Creating Donate Time Off approval service definitions

  1. Select Process Server Administrator > Configuration > Service Definitions.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Service
    Specify DonateTimeOffApproval.
    Description
    Specify a description.
    Service is Enabled
    Select this check box to enable service for donating time off.
    Criteria Name 1
    Specify HROrganization as the first criterion.
    Criteria Name 2
    Specify AbsencePlan as the second criterion.
    Criteria Name 3
    Specify StructureGroup as the second criterion.
  4. Select ImmediateApprve as the process definition.
  5. Click Save.
