Tips for reconciling amounts

Gross Pay – Non Cash Income + Non Earnings – Employee Paid Deductions + Add To Net Deductions = Net Pay

Gross Pay from the Payments or Payment Totals panel does not include Non Earnings pay. It only includes wage totals from the Wage and Deduction Totals panel where Non Earnings= No.

Employee Paid Deductions = Employee Paid Taxes + Employee Paid Other Deductions from the payment details.

Check Net + Direct Deposits = Net Pay

Shift Rate x Hours + Pay Rate x Hours = Amount in Earnings table

Total Gross - Total Employee Deductions + Total Add to Net Deductions = Total Net Pay
