Including or excluding peer appraisals in the consolidated appraisal

Administrators can choose which peer appraisals to include or exclude in the consolidated appraisal for manager appraisals so that any confidential information is removed when managers view their performance review.

The Include/Exclude Feedback action is only available for manager appraisals that are set to allow other rater appraisals.

  1. Select Appraisal > All.
  2. Search for the appraisal in which to include or exclude appraisers in the consolidated appraisal.
  3. Select the appraisal and click Include/Exclude Feedback.
    Only peer appraisals submitted for review are visible for inclusion or exclusion in the consolidated form.
  4. The default value in the Include column is Yes. If the value is Yes, the appraiser is included in the consolidated appraisal. To remove the appraiser from the consolidated appraisal, click Exclude.
  5. To include a peer appraisal, select the appraiser and click Include.
