Succession planning

If your organization is configured with succession planning for managers, then you can access the succession planning menu and employee's succession profile.

You can use the succession planning to assess potential successors within your teams, evaluate readiness for key positions, and take proactive steps for development.

Before you can use the succession planning for managers, ensure that these requirements are met:
  1. The system administrator enabled the Manager Consolidated Webapp feature toggle.

  2. The succession administrator enabled the Succession Planning for Managers in the organization configuration.
  3. Succession details such as details, potential, performance, and chart elements are defined in the organization configuration.
