Manager overview

Assign checklists and development activities, track progress, and manage learning budgets. Managers can also nominate employees for succession pools and assign mentors.

Request pay rate changes, special incentives, and manage bonus objectives and compensation budgets.
- Health, Safety, and Engagement
Record safety observations, manage employee health records, conduct check-ins, and respond to engagement surveys.
- Hiring and On boarding
Initiate job requisitions, review applications, and manage the hiring decision process.
- Administrative Tools
Upload attachments, reset candidate passwords, and manage proxy access for delegated tasks.
