Manager overview

Manager application is an Infor HR Talent application for managers to oversee and support the processes for managing employees from on-boarding and development to performance and succession planning.

Managers can use the application to perform these tasks:

  • Employee management

    View and manage direct and dotted-line reports, access organizational charts, and perform personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.

  • Time and Attendance

    Approve or reject time entries, manage time off and leave of absence requests, and monitor calendar-based attendance records.

  • Talent and Performance

    Assess employee talent profiles, validate skills and competencies, manage goals and action plans, and conduct performance reviews.

  • Learning and Development

    Assign checklists and development activities, track progress, and manage learning budgets. Managers can also nominate employees for succession pools and assign mentors.

  • Compensation and Recognition

    Request pay rate changes, special incentives, and manage bonus objectives and compensation budgets.

  • Health, Safety, and Engagement

    Record safety observations, manage employee health records, conduct check-ins, and respond to engagement surveys.

  • Hiring and On boarding

    Initiate job requisitions, review applications, and manage the hiring decision process.

  • Administrative Tools

    Upload attachments, reset candidate passwords, and manage proxy access for delegated tasks.
