Viewing your organization chart
- Employees who reports directly or indirectly to you
- Staff for whom you are the temporary direct or dotted-line manager
- Supervisors with the list of their own reports
The organization chart view is color-coded.
Employees that are supervisors are highlighted in blue. If no employee holds the supervisor role, the role is displayed as unassigned. If multiple employees are assigned to a supervisor role, hover over the box to see the names of the assigned employees.
Direct reports who are not supervisors are highlighted in light blue.
Dotted-line reports are highlighted in purple.
Positions that are from approved requisitions in Talent Acquisition are highlighted in grey. After these positions are filled, the employees are displayed as direct reports on your organization chart.
To show the full position description of the employees in the organization chart, administrators must enable it on the organization.
