Security entity exceptions

These HR Talent modules do not support the security entity functionality. Any data that is set up in the modules is configured at the global level. All entities have access to the data defined with in these modules.

• Learning and Development
• Position Budgeting
• Qualifications

These modules can share setup data that is definable by security entity in supported modules, but the users will not see the security entity. It is not visible on lists or forms in unsupported modules.
