Development plans

Development plans are sets of activities that are assigned or recommended to you as part of a career development plan or advancement opportunities within your company. Open the development plan to view its details such as associated topics, activities, and continuing education credits.

If an administrator has set a required order of completion for activities or certifications, then that order is shown in the development plan.

Depending on your organization's configuration, you can enroll in all development plans that are available in the catalog.
