Requesting Donate Time Off

You can create donate time off schedules, then attach them to a plan. You can set time off periods within a schedule you can use to request to donate time off from available time.

As an employee, you can take a default payout during specific dates.

  1. Select Employee > Time and Attendance > Balances and Requests.
  2. In the Plans section, click the Request Donate Time Off button to request the donation of time off.
  3. In the Donate Time Off form, specify this information:
    Recipient
    Specify an employee number as the recipient of the time off.
    This field is optional depending on the organization setup.
    Employees can only receive the donation if they are enrolled in the donate plan.
    Hours
    Specify the number of hours to donate to another employee.
    Days
    Specify the number of days to donate to another employee.
    Additional Information
    Provide necessary additional information if applicable.
    Attachment
    Attach supporting documentation if applicable.
  4. Click Submit.

    The request is saved as a Draft in the Donate Time Off Requests section.

  5. Click the Submit Donate Time Off button to submit the request in the Balances and Requests tab.
