Marking health components as complete

Perform this task if you receive a notification that a health component applies to you.
  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select one of these menu options:
    • Health and Safety > My Health Records > Health Components
    • Health and Safety > Health > Health Components > View More
  3. Open or select a health component.
  4. Click Complete.
    You might be required to open the More Actions menu to view this action.
  5. Specify this information:
    Reason

    Select the reason for your action.

    Completion Date

    Specify the date on which this health component was completed.

    Actual Result

    Select the result you received.

    Lot Number

    Specify the lot number, if applicable.

    Injection Site

    Specify the injection site, if applicable. The injection site is a place on your body, for example, Deltoid.

    Clinician, Other Clinician, Facility
    If these fields are available, specify the information.
    Attach Documentation

    Attach necessary files or documentation about the appointment.

    Comments

    Specify information about the completion of the component.

  6. Click Submit.
