Using to do list

On the To Do List tab, you can view, sort, and filter the list of all your learning and development tasks.

Checklists do not have required option so they are displayed as not required and they are only sorted based on due date.

  1. Select Growth > To Do List.
  2. Search for a learning and development task:
    1. Click Search.
    2. Specify the title of the activity, development plan, certification, or checklist.
    3. Click Search.
  3. Depending on your organization's configuration, you can filter the required learning and development tasks. Filter the list based on whether the task is required or not:
    1. Click Search.
    2. Specify Yes or No in the Required field.
  4. If the Required column is not showing in the to do list, personalize your view:
    1. Select Actions > Personalize > Edit
    2. Click the Add drop-down and select Add Field.
    3. Click Advanced Search and specify Required in the Name field, and then click Ok.
    4. Click Ok to save the list personalization.
  5. Sort the list by due date or based on whether the task is required or not by clicking the Due date or Required column.
