Completing other-rater appraisals

Administrators must enable the Improved Performance Appraisal Experience feature on the Feature Toggle page.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration.

You can see a timeline for the status of each appraisal in the Appraisal Overview tab. The statuses for the other-rater appraisal cycle are Draft, In Progress, Submitted For Review, and Completed.

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select Growth.
  3. Click the Performance tab, then select the appraisal.
  4. Click Start Appraisal or Continue Appraisal.
  5. Optionally, click the Instructions toolbar button to view the organization's directions for completing the sections.
    Some sections are displayed only if configured.
  6. Select the available sections and specify this information:
    Our Values
    Review the values and select the I have read and understand Our Values check box.
    Position Description
    Review the position description details, click Mark Section As Reviewed then select the Position Description check box and click Submit.
    Evaluate Criteria
    Specify ratings and provide comments for each criteria section.
    Overall Evaluation Comments
    Provide comments for the overall performance appraisal.
  7. If the Submit section is available, then click Submit. When prompted, click OK.
  8. To exit the form and continue later, click Save And Close. To resume, click Continue Appraisal.
    You can modify your responses. Save each section that you change.
  9. When the other-rater appraisal is complete, click Submit.
  10. To view other relevant details about the appraisal, click the Additional Information tab.
  11. To generate the PDF of the appraisal, click View.
