Launching an activity

Employees can launch activities that are in the list of assigned and available activities.

If the activity is part of a certification and includes prerequisite activities, you cannot launch the activity until you complete the prerequisite activities.

  1. Select Growth.
  2. Click the Activities tab.
  3. In the Assigned Activities or Available Activities list, select an activity.
  4. If a pre-test is assigned to the activity, launch the pre-test first before you can launch the activity:
    1. Open the activity, then click Pre-test.
    2. Answer the pre-test questions, then click Submit.
    3. Click Close.
  5. If the activity is part of a certification and includes prerequisite activities that you have not fulfilled, you can request a learning administrator waive the prerequisite activities. To request prerequisite activities be waived, select Request to waive all prerequisite requirements.
  6. To start the activity, click Launch.
  7. If a post-test is assigned to the activity, launch the post-test:
    1. Open the activity, then click Post-test.
    2. Answer the post-test questions, then click Submit.
    3. Click Close.
