Maintaining references on your profile

When you apply for an internal position, the references you have specified on your profile will be carried over to your job application. You will have the opportunity to update the references on your job application.

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select My Profile > Talent Profile.
  3. On the References pane, click Create.
    Or, to update an existing record, double-click the row for the reference.
  4. Specify the reference name, your relationship to the person, and the person's contact information.
  5. Click Save.
