Viewing your health contact history

A health contact is a communication between your organization and you regarding a health event.
  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select one of these menu options:
    • Health And Safety > My Health Records > Health Components
    • Health And Safety > Health tab > Health Components
  3. Open a record.
  4. Select the Contact History tab.
  5. View the list of contacts that your organization initiated with you about this health component.
  6. Optionally, open a contact to view additional details.
