Launching an activity from Smart Help

If your organization includes learning activities in Smart Help, then you can launch learning activities directly from the Smart Help panel. If the page that you are viewing has not been assigned a learning activity, then no link is shown in the Smart Help panel.

  1. Click the question mark icon to access the Smart Help panel.
  2. Click Learning Activities. This is available only if your organization has linked learning activities to specific application pages.
  3. Click the learning activity.
