Viewing created cases

Administrators must enable the Employee Consolidated Webapp feature toggle.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration.

Employees can check if the case they sent through their supported mailbox is successfully logged.
  1. Select Profile.
  2. Click on the Cases tab.
  3. Search for the case by using the subject line you specified in the email.
  4. Select the case to view its details, then verify that the information matches what you specified in the email.
  5. To check the links and attachments you provided in the email, click the Notes and Attachments tab.
