Viewing created cases
Administrators must enable the Employee Consolidated Webapp
feature toggle.
See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select
.Employees can check if the case they
sent through their supported mailbox is successfully logged.
- Select .
- Click on the Cases tab.
- Search for the case by using the subject line you specified in the email.
- Select the case to view its details, then verify that the information matches what you specified in the email.
- To check the links and attachments you provided in the email, click the Notes and Attachments tab.
