Mass changing employee contract statuses

Select and open an employment contract. For this employment contract, you can
mass change the status of all associated employee contracts with a certain
status.

On the menu, click
Mass Change Employee Contract
Status
- Specify this information:
- From
- Select a status. All associated employee contracts with the selected status are
changed to the status selected in the To field.
- To
- Select the status to change the employee contracts to.
- Signature
- If you selected Accepted in the To field, then you must select a
signature option. Select Automatic to use the text "System
Generated" as the signature. Select Signature to specify text to use
as the signature. The signature is displayed in the Acknowledgement field on the
employee contract.
- Date Signed
- If you selected Accepted in the To field, then you must verify
or specify the date that the contract was signed on. If you do not
change the date in this field, the current date is used as the date
signed. The signature is displayed in the Date Acknowledged field on the
employee contract.
- Status Comment
- Optionally, specify a comment related to the status
change.
- Pay Rule
- If you selected the Use
Contract Pay check box on the employment contract,
then specify a pay rule to use for contract pay. This pay rule is
used on employee contracts that do not have a pay rule already
specified.
