Creating contract reasons

Select .

Click the Reasons tab.

Click Create to add a new blank
reason to the list.

Specify this information:
- Contract Reason
- Specify a name for the contract reason that indicates why
the contract is being created.
- Description
- Specify a description for the contract that contains
additional information about the contract reason.
- Active
- Select Yes to make the contract reason active and
available to be used on an employment contract. Select
No to prevent the contract reason from
being used on an employment contract.
