Sending mass email notifications

  1. Select HR Administration > Contracts > Processes > Mass Email Notification.
  2. Specify this information:
    Notification Email Template
    Select an email template to use when sending the email.
    Employee Contract Status
    Select an employee contract status. Email notifications are sent to all employees with an employee contract in the selected status.
    Employment Contract
    Optionally, specify an employment contract. Email notifications are sent to all employees with an employee contract that is related to the selected employment contract.
    Eligibility Group
    Optionally, specify an eligibility group. Email notifications are sent to all employees in the specified eligibility group.
  3. Click Submit.
