Viewing and exporting employment contract reports

The employment contract administrator can view reports for contracts based upon their individual status. Reports contain a list view and a graphical view of the contract details. You can view reports for employment contracts and employee contracts. You can also export the data from a report for use with external applications.

  1. Select Report Catalog on the main menu of your workspace.
  2. Select HR Administration > Employment Contracts.
  3. Select the report from the list.
    Employment contract reports include these items:
    • Employment Contract Report (by status)
    • Employee Contract Report (by status)
    • Employee Contracts (details)
    • Employee Contracts Approaching Expiration
    • Employee Contracts Requiring Acknowledgment
    • Employment Contract Errors
    • Contract Type by Gender

  4. Use the Charts menu to select options to view the report.
    When you view a report for a specific status, the number of active and inactive employment contracts in that status is displayed. When you view a report for all statuses on the All tab, the number of employment contracts is shown for each status. You can select each part of the chart and use the list below the chart to view detailed information about the employment contracts in the selected portion of the chart.
