Sending Awarding Views for Business Leader Review

Before finalizing compensation awards, the Compensation Analyst may initiate a Business Leader Review to ensure alignment with organizational leadership expectations. This process allows designated business leaders to review selected awarding views prior to approval.

Select Awarding > Awarding Views > Roll Up Approval Views.
Select the Awarding View where Business Leader View is enabled.
Click Roll Up View.

Note: The Send for Business Leader Review action is available to the compensation analyst but is hidden once the awarding view reaches Approved status.
The business leader list is sourced from the direct supervisor list. However, users can configure this list based on how their organization defines business leaders. For example, they may filter by manager type, job level, or job code.
Initiating a business leader review does not block the awarding process. The Compensation Analyst can finalize and approve awards regardless of review completion. To mark the review complete, select Complete Review.
