Admin Navigator context application

The Admin Navigator is a small web-based app that is used as a context app or a home page widget in Infor OS Portal or Infor LTR .

As an administrator, you can search an employee, perform actions for an employee, or view suggested pages from which the employee’s data are verified or maintained.

Using the ellipsis menu, you can access actions or navigation paths. The ellipsis menu is displayed next to each employee in the list.

After the Admin Navigator is added as a context app for an Infor Local Technology Runtime (LTR) application, the application that you access from the Infor Local Technology Runtime (LTR) navigation menu is displayed.

For example, Admin Navigator is added as a context app for an Infor Local Technology Runtime (LTR) application. You can run Infor Landmark Technology applications in Infor Local Technology Runtime (LTR).

The contents of Admin Navigator is not based on an employee that is selected on the main suggested page. The Admin Navigator is a small utility application that provides consistent functionality. To provide administrators easy access to all employees in the organization within the Infor Local Technology Runtime (LTR) application suite, the Admin Navigator is always in context for any screen that it is associated to.

The default Admin Navigator context app is displayed in Infor Local Technology Runtime (LTR) for all Infor Local Technology Runtime (LTR) suggested pages to which the context app are added. To display the Admin Navigator next to specific suggested pages, you can set up screen ID associations.

You can configure Actions for the Admin Navigator context app in the Configuration Console using the same process outlined for the Infor Local Technology Runtime (LTR) Admin Navigator widget.
