Adding the Smart Help channel

Smart Help must be enabled.

Administrators with access to Infor OS Portal can add the Smart Help channel to the organization. This process is required to enable Smart Help pages to be linked to learning activities.

  1. Select OS > Portal > Settings > Smart Help Settings.
  2. In Smart Help Channels, enable Learning Activities.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Refresh your browser.
