Reopening historical sessions

Learning administrators, local learning administrators, and instructors can reopen historical sessions and revert the statuses to its previous statuses.

  1. Select Catalog > Activities and Sessions > Historical Sessions.
  2. Select a historical session.
  3. Right-click and select Reopen Session.
  4. Select the All Employees check box to revert the session’s status to its previous status for all registered employees. Otherwise, select the None check box.
  5. Click Open Session.
    You cannot reopen a session that is associated to a completed development plan, certification, or checklist.
